Congressman Bennie G. Thompson announces Secretary Thomas Vilsack and Policy Advisor Susan E. Rice will travel to Mississippi as part of the Biden Administration's Building a Better America Rural Infrastructure Tour. There will be different events held with Congressman Bennie Thompson and each place will highlight the approach to partnering with rural areas to design economic opportunity.

Stakeholders and local officials will meet in Clarksdale and Greenwood to discuss ways that will build a better community for the people in the 2nd Congressional District.
